It's time to lace up! With warm weather upon us, it's the perfect time to get working on your PT. Although fitting exercise into your daily routine might seem like a daunting task, it can be easier than you might think.
Simply take a walk or go for a bike ride. Swimming is also a great aerobic exercise. Try including your family or a friend. Having good company can make exercise more fun and make the time pass faster.
Make sure to be prepared for the upcoming PT test. Now is the perfect time to schedule your test.
Also be aware that along with the warmer weather there will be more heat-related injuries. Make sure you drink plenty of water and know the signs and symptoms of fatigue and heat-related injuries. Although we want our Airmen to be fit and ready, the last thing we want is someone to have an injury or illness that is easily prevented.
Take some time to enjoy this nice weather while we have it! Get up, get out, and get ready!
