Video greeting from Pittsburgh Pirates

PITTSBURGH -- During the holiday season, Pittsburgh Pirates players and coaches recorded messages for local military members, including the 171st Air Refueling Wing, sending a greeting servicemembers throughout the world.

The 171st Air Refueling Wing, the 911th Airlift Wing and 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command and the Pittsburgh Pirates team up throughout the baseball season for the Military Salute Program. Members of the units record messages while deployed that are played before each home game for fans in attendance and their family members hosted by Pirates.
