Coraopolis, Pa. -- President Obama and Vice President Biden land at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard 171st Air Refueling Wing near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, April 16, 2014. Before their tour of the Community College of Allegheny County West Hills Center to speak on the importance of jobs-driven skills training, Obama and Biden took time to shake hands with members of the 171st Air Refueling Wing. Obama was accompanied by Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker and was greeted by Democratic U.S. Senator Bob Casey; U.S. Representative Mike Doyle; Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald; Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto; U.S. Attorney David Hickton; and Colonel Mark Goodwill, 171st Mission Support Group Commander.
