Technical Sergeant Aaron Toy joined the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in November of 2019 after serving seven years in the active-duty Air Force. He is from Oil City, PA and graduated from Venango Catholic High School in 2012. He worked in the Services career field before joining the recruiting team in July 2025. He served at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, SC and deployed three times during his active-duty service. Tech. Sgt Toy transferred to the Pennsylvania Air National Guard's 171st Air Refueling Wing, so he and his family could come back home where his military journey started.
