The 171st Air Refueling Wing loses one of its members when he is commissioned Feb. 9. Senior Airman Garrett Herdman, a Personnel Specialist assigned to the 171st Force Support Squadron is awarded a scholarship through the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program.
